In this tutorial, I will be telling you how to create a new game world by using the “story mode”. This is
useful when playing with friends or for those who are not familiar with it. If you have never played before,
please read my previous article on it in order to get you started.So let’s get into it!Create your own
worldThe first thing that we need to do is to create our own world, so the player can start living there. You can choose any location within the map, but most of them will be very busy and filled with other players.
To avoid making mistakes on their part, make sure not to go too far away from where they are currently standing.To begin creating a new world, simply right-click on an empty area on top of the map and choose New World. Make sure to give it a name and add some details about it, such as its height, number of blocks, and population. Keep in mind that you should only use real numbers for these attributes.You will then be given two options for what kind of graphics you want to see in your world. The default one is he same ones you can find in most games, such as the sky for example. However, if you want something more artistic, you can select another option, which has higher quality graphics, but can have more difficulty navigating the map.Once you choose which one you want, you can also change the size of
your world, as shown below. For instance, if you wish to increase the size of your world, just right-click on it and choose Increase Size (you can also double click it if you like).Click on Create World… to startYou can now use your newly created world to explore all of its features. From inside, you will be able to interact with items by clicking on them, as well as interacting with elements in the environment. This way, you are also going to be able to help people out as they seek refuge in your world.Make sure to check your map in case you accidentally leave some areas without checking them.If you want to explore every bit of your world, you can also choose to delete parts of it at anytime time. It is important to always keep things safe because otherwise, you would end up getting hurt when trying to escape from enemies, and even worse, you could end up with permanent damage to your character.
